Mr. Scraps was a website which allowed users to create and share online scrapbooks. It included a full-featured WYSIWYG DHTML-based page editor, which aimed to make editing online scrapbook pages as easy as laying out a physical scrapbook on paper. Unique features of Mr. Scraps included multi-level undo, autosave, direct-manipulation cropping and resizing of images, and layout tools such as snap-to-grid. Mr. Scraps also used an AJAX-based help system which walked users through the system by pointing out interface elements directly on the page.
